How to Pray: Day 6 (Week 3)

Day 6: Confession makes your forgiveness in Christ a reality of your heart. Confession secures your experience of forgiveness. All your sins are forgiven. Where do you feel that is not true? Ask Jesus to make his forgiveness a reality in your heart.

How to Pray: Day 5 (Week 3)

Day 5: Hebrews 10 says, "For by that one offering he forever made perfect those who are being made holy." Today realize when God looks at you he sees "FORGIVEN" and "MADE PERFECT" written all over you. Enjoy that. Soak it in.

How to Pray: Day 3 (Week 3)

Day 3: The psalmist says, "Then I acknowledged my sin and did not cover up my inquity…" and it was so MUCH better. Central to a life with Jesus is freedom. Ask for God to free you today from you habits and hang-ups.

How to Pray: Day 1 (Week 3)

Day One: When Jesus ask us to pray, "Forgive us our debts," he is asking, "What will you do with your spiritual debt to God incurred by your sin?" There's no way to pay it. All we can do is ask for Him to forgive it.
