Can you separate these two?
Been thinking about a handful of leadership things.
Trying to figure out how to separate talent and skill. (through more than mere definition)
I've boiled it down to this: (I could be wrong but it's how I see it now)
~Talent is natural
~Skill is developed over time through relentless training. (this is what most people fail to do.)
I don't really know if you can separate the two but what I do know is that they are really different.
