CAMP ADVENTURE 08- Tuesday - July Session
Tuesday:
Today IT was HUMID! Which was a good thing because I wasn't the only one who was sweaty and smelt bad. Ha
Today is also the day that I pledge my life to Bug Spray…O yes! I'm one of those so called tough-guys who "doesn't NEED any bug spray"! YEAH that was the most foolish thing I've said all camp because I got ROCKED by many mosquitoes yesterday so now I'm itching like crazy…so today, at this hour, I PLEDGE MY LIFE TO BUG SPRAY…"HERE'S TO YOU BUG SPRAY, I NEED YOU!" haha
Horizontal Hour:
Earlier today I was VERY hot in my cabin, and I was getting ready to take a nap (laying down) so I pulled my shirt up (not all the way off) to get more air. A couple minutes later Brooke rolled over (she was napping) and said, "Are you hot?" (as she laughed hysterically) I said, "yes, why" she kept laughing and said, "because you look like you're over here wearing a bikini!"
ONE WORD…WOW! It was pretty funny, though.
FACT: I was NOT wearing a bikini.
FACT: It did look like I was wearing a tube top, haha
I love that we can laugh and have a good time!
Camp rocks…and so does HORIZONTAL HOUR! (who wouldn't love nap time at camp.)
Afternoon Activities:
It rained a little bit today so some groups were delayed but the rain cooled things off and every group go to finish all their stuff!
Skit Night:
Tonight I was pleasantly surprised because there were some really good skits. This group had some of the most creative skits I've seen since doing camp and of course some of the other ones were…well…they were skits.
I'm getting ready for bed, mosquitoes are killing me again. (I’m outside suffering so you can stay updated on camp! More to come later in the week, stay tuned.
