6 things I hold our GSM Leaders to

Here are 6 of the basic things I hold our volunteer leaders to:

  1. Love God - ...enough said.
  2. Find a way to add value - Everyone's can be a contributor.
  3. Be consistent - Students have enough people moving in and out of their life.  We can be the rock they can count on to "be there".
  4. Have a role - That you would leverage your gifts for the mission of the ministry
  5. Be a minister - 1 peter 5:2-3
  6. Protect the unity of the church. (Don't break up the church or the ministry over non-essentials)
