After my ‘Safe Harbor’ post a few days ago I saw this on my plane ride down to Orlando to speak and just started cracking up Inside.

I’ve been wrestling with when to play it safe in my leadership and went to take some bold chances so I thought it was pretty crazy that I catch a glimpse of this.

Still not sure where I land but this is a GREAT season for me to be in.
